Privacy Policy

1. Data controller

2. What data we collect

  • Registration data (email, name) — for the couple
  • Guest nickname — provided voluntarily when uploading photos
  • Uploaded photos and videos
  • An anonymous guest session identifier (localStorage)

3. Purpose of processing

Data is processed solely to provide the service of collecting wedding photos and making them available to the couple.

4. Photo storage

Photos and videos are stored on Cloudflare R2 servers (USA/EU). Access to files is restricted using signed URLs. The public gallery is disabled by default.

Files are stored for the package's active period. Full storage is available as soon as the package is activated. Anyone with the link can upload before, during, and after the wedding while the event package remains active.

6. Cookies and advertising measurement

We use secure, httpOnly session cookies for authentication, plus small preference cookies for language and currency.

To measure the effectiveness of our advertising we use the Google Ads tag (conversion tracking). In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland this tag runs in Google Consent Mode with consent denied by default — no advertising cookies are stored and no personal data is shared with Google unless you grant consent; Google then receives only aggregated, cookieless signals. Outside these regions standard conversion measurement applies.

7. California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, state privacy law gives you additional rights over the personal information described in Section 2:

  • Right to know what personal information we have collected about you and why.
  • Right to request deletion of your personal information, subject to limited exceptions (for example, retaining files needed to deliver the service before your wedding date).
  • Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell personal information. Our advertising conversion tracking (Section 6) may be considered "sharing" under California law; you can limit it using your browser's cookie controls or Google's ad settings at adssettings.google.com.
  • Right to non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.
