These Terms of Service set out the rules for using the My Wedding Memories platform, which allows a couple to collect photos and videos from their wedding guests by means of a QR code.

Using the couple's dashboard requires registering an account. Wedding guests use the system without any registration, solely via the QR code shared by the couple.
By uploading photos or videos, a guest agrees to share them with the couple within a private gallery. Uploading content that is unlawful, offensive or infringes the rights of third parties is prohibited.
A guest may delete the files they uploaded within 15 minutes of the upload. After that time, only the couple has the right to delete a file.
Files are stored for 12 months after the wedding on every plan. When the storage period ends, the files are deleted; we send e-mail reminders 3 days and 1 day before deletion. The couple is responsible for downloading their files before the account expires.
Full storage is available as soon as the package is activated. Anyone with the link can upload before, during, and after the wedding while the event package remains active.
Plans are paid for with a one-time payment processed by Stripe. The price and currency shown at checkout are final; prices outside Poland follow the international price list displayed on the website in your local currency.
