Graduation party

A graduation party invitation that collects RSVPs, then the photos

The degree is done — time to celebrate. Share one link on WhatsApp: family and friends see the time and the map, RSVP by name, and on the night the same link collects photos and videos. No app, no guest accounts.

$55 for the whole party — one payment, no subscription.

Designing and previewing cost nothing. You only pay when you want to send the link to your guests.

Themes for your graduation party

Each theme has its own watercolor illustrations, and you can switch at any time — the link and QR code stay the same. Elegant evening themes come first, followed by lighter, more playful ones.

  • Guests open it like the real thing — curtain, cover or envelope
  • Illustrations reveal themselves as you scroll
  • RSVP in a single tap

17 themes

From diploma to photos in three steps

  1. 1

    Set up the invitation

Pick a theme, add the date, time and address of the party and a few words of your own. If you like, mention the ceremony time in those few words.

  2. 2

    Send it as one link

A ready-made image and the link go to family, your course group chat and colleagues. Everyone RSVPs by name, so you know exactly how many people are coming.

  3. 3

On the night, the link becomes a gallery

The same link and QR code collect your guests' photos and videos — the toast, the cake, the dance floor. Afterwards you download everything as one archive.

Several screens instead of one card

Guests scroll with a finger and the screens reveal themselves one after another, each with its own illustration. The time, address and RSVP are right where people look for them.

Countdown

Days until the party. Your supervisor has signed off — now everyone else is counting.

The venue

Address, time and map in one tap. Nobody wanders around town with a diploma under their arm.

RSVP

Guests type their name and confirm. The guest list builds itself in your dashboard.

What you get

An invitation in a link

A scrolling page with your theme, a countdown and a map. Everything guests would normally ask about in the chat is in one place.

RSVPs by name

Every guest answers under their own name. You know how many seats to book and how many glasses to pour for the toast.

Photo and video gallery

From the day of the party, the same link collects guests' photos and videos, unlimited and in original quality. Download it all as one archive.

Photo missions

Short challenges: “a photo with your diploma”, “a toast with your parents”, “the best cap-in-the-air shot”. Even the quiet ones start taking pictures.

Song requests for the DJ

Guests add tracks from their phones and the DJ sees the list live. The night plays what your people love.

Slideshow on the big screen

Guests' photos appear on the TV at the venue during the party. Everyone looks for themselves on screen.

Recorded congratulations

Guests leave messages as text, voice or video. Grandma, who couldn't make it, can still join in.

Time capsule

Messages to open later — for example on the first anniversary of your graduation or your first day at a new job.

What you see once guests have the link

Replies gather into one list with the number of adults and children — ready for the restaurant. After the day, photos and recordings from the family land in one gallery.

Frequently asked questions

What is it for?

A party after your bachelor's, master's or PhD, a graduation ceremony celebration, or any other way of celebrating a university degree — from dinner with family to a night out with your course mates.

When should I send the invitation?

Ideally 2–4 weeks before the party, once you know your graduation date. If the date changes, update it in your dashboard and the link stays the same.

Do guests have to install an app?

No. They open the link on their phone or scan the QR code with the camera. No accounts either — they just type their name.

How many photos can guests upload?

Unlimited — photos and videos alike. A phone sends up to 30 files at once, so for more you simply pick another batch.

How long does the gallery stay open?

One year from the day of the party, not from the purchase. During that time you can download single photos or the whole gallery as one archive.

Can I change the theme after sending the invitation?

Yes, at any time. The link and QR code stay the same, so there's nothing to resend.

Is there also a birthday or an 18th in the family?

Birthdays and 18th birthdays have their own pages with their own wording. They work the same way: invitation, RSVPs and gallery under one link.
