Buying a gift needs an account — that is where the receipt and the code to hand over will go.
Frequently asked questions
- Does the couple need an account to redeem it?
- They create one while redeeming — free, and it takes moments. They enter the code on the redemption page and the plan lands on their account.
- When does the code expire?
- Never. It waits until they are ready — buy the gift long before the wedding or the week of it.
- What if they already paid for a plan?
- If the gift is a higher plan, it upgrades theirs. If it is the same or lower, we do not spend the code — so you can pass it to another couple.
- Will they see what the gift cost?
- No. The email to the couple carries the plan name and your dedication, never the price.
- Can I hand the gift over in person?
- Yes. Leave the email field empty — then the code goes only to you, to print or write on a card.
