Wedding QR code generator for table cards
Enter the address the code should open, add your names and date, pick a layout — and print a ready A4 sheet. No account, no sign-up, no watermark. The code can point anywhere: our gallery, someone else's, or a cloud folder.

The preview appears once you enter an address.
Before you print
- • Scan a test card with your own phone before printing sixty of them.
- • Matte paper rather than glossy — shine reflects the light and breaks the scan.
- • Keep the code at least 3 × 3 cm; reception rooms are often dimly lit.
- • Write the address in plain text under the code — some older phones have no scanner in the camera.
- • One announcement over the microphone does more than ten little signs.
Frequently asked questions
- Is the generator free?
- Yes, completely, and without an account. You enter the address, set the layout and print.
- Does the code have to point to your gallery?
- No. Use any address — your own gallery, a cloud folder, a form. The tool works no matter whose service you use.
- How many cards should we print?
- Usually one per table plus a few spares. A single card for the whole room means most guests never walk up to it.
- How large should the QR code be?
- No smaller than about 3 × 3 cm. Anything smaller struggles in the dimmed light of a reception, especially on older phones.
- Can I save it as a PDF?
- Yes. The button opens your browser's print dialog — choose “Save as PDF” instead of a printer.
- Can each card carry its own table name?
- Yes. Paste your table names one per line and every card gets its own — the number of cards then follows your list.
A card for the guest tables
This is the QR code you put on the table
You download the finished card from your dashboard and print it — a guest scans it with their phone camera and uploads straight away. No app, no account, no retyping a link.
- 19ready-made styles
- 10color palettes
- 22decorative frames
Every line on the card is yours: the heading, the line under it, the request to your guests, the footer and the table number or name. You rewrite them all in the dashboard and see the result instantly — nothing is fixed.
