Can we try it for free before paying?
Yes. Create an account, build the whole wedding page and preview it exactly as your guests will see it — free, no card required. You only pay when you are ready to go live.
Do my guests need to download an app?
No. Guests scan the QR code on their table and the private gallery opens directly in their phone's browser — no account and no installation.
How many guests and photos are included?
Unlimited guests on every plan. There is space for about 4,000 photos in Basic, 16,000 in Premium or 32,000 in Pro. The estimate assumes an average photo size of 5 MB; videos use more space. Photos and videos are kept in their original quality for 12 months after the wedding.
Is it a subscription?
No — one single payment for your whole wedding. Your gallery stays active before, during and after the big day, for the retention period of your plan.
Is our gallery private?
It is unlisted and excluded from search indexing. Anyone with your private link or QR can enter, and you can enable moderation before photos appear.
What makes it different from GuestCam, POV or Wedibox?
Every plan collects photos and videos without a guest limit. Higher plans add more storage and selected tools such as the live slideshow, digital menu, day-of timeline, DJ requests, table games and an anniversary time capsule.
When do we get the photos?
Instantly. Photos appear in your gallery in real time during the wedding — you can even show them live on a big screen at the venue.
What if a guest uploads something we don't want?
Guests can delete their own upload for 15 minutes after sending it. After that only you can remove it, from your dashboard. You can also switch on moderation so nothing appears until you approve it.
How big can the files be?
It depends on the plan: photos up to 30 MB and videos up to 500 MB. Uploads go straight to cloud storage, so large files don't stall on the venue Wi-Fi.
Can we buy months before the wedding?
Yes. Set everything up whenever you like — the 12 months of storage count from the wedding date in your event, not from the day you paid.
Can we see who uploaded each photo?
Yes, in your dashboard. Guest nicknames are never shown publicly in the gallery.
How is this better than a WhatsApp group or a shared Drive folder?
Photos arrive at original quality instead of messenger compression, everything lands in one private gallery opened by QR code, you can see who added what, and afterwards you download the whole wedding as a single ZIP.
Are photos and videos uploaded at full quality?
Yes. We don't re-compress what guests send — files land in the gallery exactly as they left the phone.
